Document Notarization in Austin, TX
General notarization for the everyday documents of life: affidavits, consents, applications, authorizations, and more.
How this appointment works
Texas notaries perform acknowledgments, jurats (sworn statements), oaths and affirmations, and certified copies of certain non-recordable documents. The certificate on your document determines what happens at the table, and we make sure the right one is used.
Bring the complete, unsigned document and current photo ID. If your document has blanks or a missing notarial certificate, we will flag it before anything is signed.
Austin TX Notary provides notarial services only and does not give legal advice.

Common questions
Can you tell me which certificate my document needs?
If the document does not specify, the choice belongs to you or the receiving agency; a notary cannot choose it for you. We will explain the difference so you can decide.
Can you notarize something already signed?
For a jurat the document must be signed in front of the notary. For an acknowledgment you may sign beforehand but must personally appear and acknowledge the signature.
Do you notarize in Spanish?
The notarial act must be performed in a language the notary and signer share. Ask when booking and we will confirm what is possible for your situation.
