Texas allows certain alternatives, including identification by credible witnesses who know the signer. Call us and we will walk through the options before the visit.
Can you come after visiting hours?
Often yes, with facility approval. Evening and weekend requests are welcome, subject to availability.
What if the patient is not alert at the appointment?
The notarization cannot proceed, and you will not be charged for the notarization itself; ask about travel when you book. We can usually return at a better time.
